1. Operational SLA Boundaries
The Orbit SaaS platform supplies high-speed multivariate OEE indicators on an “as-is” baseline. Hardware replacements and direct PLC setbacks are handled according to active corporate service level agreements (SLAs).
2. FIPS 140 compliance
Customers certify that edge gateway node certificates are maintained securely in silicone secure element chips. Dynamic firmware modifications by local debuggers void all SLA hardware warranties.
